The terms that protect you and Sabr Academy.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Sabr Academy from the moment you submit a form, register for a class, or sign a service contract with us.

You must be at least sixteen years old to use our services on your own behalf. Younger students are welcome with consent and registration provided by a parent or legal guardian.

We provide German language courses, exam preparation, visa and relocation support, and job placement coaching. Each program has its own fees, schedule, and deliverables that we share before you enroll.

Course fees are paid before classes start unless we agree on a written installment plan. Refunds follow the policy printed on each program's enrollment form — most programs allow a full refund within seven days of the first session.

All content on sabr.academy — courses, exercises, videos, articles, branding — belongs to Sabr Academy or our licensed partners.

You may use it for your personal study but may not redistribute, resell, or reuse it without our written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabr Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Casablanca.

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. Material changes are announced on our homepage and by email to enrolled students.
